The Rent Board has noticed a public meeting to discuss the adoption of a new Rule 10.15 which would create a procedure for tenants to request financial hardship relief from capital improvement passthroughs, water revenue bond passthroughs, utility passthroughs, and operating and maintenance expense rent increases.
